Cancellation & Late arrival Policy

From the 1st August 2017 a Cancellation Policy has been introduced.

When you book an appointment with me, that time is allotted for you – and ONLY you. I do my best to always be ready for you when you arrive. In return, I ask that you keep your promise to me and show up for your appointment on time.

Please understand that as a massage therapist, I only get paid when I deliver a treatment to my clients. Consequently, missed appointments can be costly and prevent me from providing treatment to other clients who might not have been able to get an appointment at the time they wanted due to the appointment being allocated to you.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event that you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment with me, please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule, cancel an appointment or reduce your appointment time. This gives me enough time to re-advertise this time slot. If your appointment is on a Monday, notice must be given 24 hours before your appointment the previous Friday; weekends don’t count toward the 24 hour notice policy. If you are unable to reach me, please leave a message on my voicemail system or send a message via my Facebook Page.

Our policy is simple. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be charged £17.50*.

If I do not hear from you within the 24 hour time frame, and you do not keep your appointment, the above policy will be applied.

Note: I do recognise that no one is perfect and there are circumstances that are out of your control (sudden illness, family emergencies, etc.); therefore please talk to me and where possible I will make an exception to the above policies on those rare occasions.

Unfortunately I do not consider work conflicts to be emergencies. This cancellation policy is necessary for my small business to continue to serve my clients in need of treatment.

Thank you for understanding, I value my time as well as yours, and there are many clients looking for massage appointments at the last minute. Cancellations or no-shows do cost me money. I am not only here to help you feel better but to make a living as well. Your business and health are both of importance to me.

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY

I regret that late arrivals will not receive extension of scheduled massage appointments due to clients being booked in after you. In special cases, and when my schedule will allow it, I may be able to accommodate a partial or full appointment. This will be at my discretion and only with proper, advanced notification of your late arrival.

*£17.50 for 60 minute appointments, £22.50 for 75 minute appointments, £15 for 45 minutes and £10 for 30 minute appointments.

Please note if you are using a voucher of any kind your voucher is subject to be redeemed and will be void for future appointments should you fail to give the required notice.  You may also incur a fee of the difference between your voucher price and the actual price of the service if there is a deficit.
